Yoga

The benefits of yoga on the mind, body, and spirit are many. Health practitioners recommend it, athletes and professionals use it to help focus and improve their performance, and people from all walks of life are trying it to help manage their daily stress and experience relaxation and well-being. 

 

In the class we will introduce breathing exercises, stretches, postures, and relaxation. These techniques help release physical and emotional tension, build good alignment, tone the body, and calm the mind. We then end with a meditation period to go deeper within and feel more connected.
